Who You Are The Program Manager is responsible for execution, support and assistance in driving project management methodology across TCGplayer projects/programs. The Program Manager will provide leadership and guidance as it pertains to project planning, execution, status reporting, communication plans, financial management, and issue/risk mitigation. The role will be responsible for working cross-functionally to develop and operationalize end-to-end process transformation roadmaps. The Impact You Will Make Here Define and implement processes to improve team execution and delivery, which includes but not limited to; identifying actuals, potential gaps, or risks to governance and programs/projects, and make necessary recommendations on strategies to mitigate. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to problem solve, anticipate business needs, provide excellent leadership skills for project managers and teams cross-functionally, and influencing key decisions while simultaneously maintaining accuracy and quality of work. Help spearhead a ePMO which includes but not limited to; define different types of projects both iterative waterfall and agile (based upon size, cost, resource requirements, duration) across TCGplayer, define project management framework includes phases and required deliverables based on size, define deliverables, project template creation, and set expectations cross-functionally. What You Bring to the Team BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering or business administration or equivalent experience 3

years working with multi-tiered, consumer-facing web applications 3
